The enterprise is equipped with the production facilities of the leading manufacturers from the USA, Italy, Germany, etc.
The full cycle production is being performed at the enterprise: from primary aluminium melting to coating of the extruded profiles. The main manufacturing components are modern foundry complexes, high-tech press lines, advanced powder coating and anodizing shops.
Currently AluminTechno produces over 1000 different configurations of aluminium profiles, which are used in construction and motor production, aviation, constructional engineering, electric-power industry, furniture and consumer goods industry.

Production
The full cycle production is being performed at the enterprise: from primary aluminium melting to coating of the extruded profiles. The main manufacturing components are modern foundry complexes, high-tech press lines, advanced powder coating and anodizing shops.

Foundry ShopConsists of gas melting furnace, casting device for aluminium billets casting and homogenizing furnace. For founding it is used aluminium billet A7 (consists of 99,7% aluminium), silicone alloy, magnesium MG90, alloy of aluminium-titanium-boron. Quality of Al billets provides high-stability of mechanical characteristics of aluminium extrusion and quality factor of their surface.
Production capacity – over 55,000 tons of aluminum per year.
Extrusion LinesThe extrusion complex is equipped with one 5-inch, four 7-inch and one 9-inch lines. They provide for high extrusion speed, consistency of geometric dimensions, and mechanical characteristics of profiles.
Production capacity – over 45,000 tons per year.
Vertical Powder Coating LinesProduction capacity – over 45,000 tons of coated profiles per year.
- 3 fully automated coating lines;
- 60–80 microns coating thickness;
- 98% paint utilization rate;
- Ecological coatinfg process (chromium-free surface preparation technology);
- 15 minutes color change process;
- Qualicoat/Seaside certificate (1 ,2, 3 coating classes);

Anodizing
3 types of mechanical treatment and 9 colours of anodized coating. Additional mechanical treatment technologies are used for decorative effects: brushing, shot blasting, polishing.

Anodized aluminum profiles used in architectural construction are also certified to Cradle to Cradle Certified® Silver. It is a registered trademark of the Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute, which confirms the sustainability of the product life cycle.
