SBD certificate for ALUTECH W72 single and double leaf doorsets

We are very proud to announce that ALUTECH Commercial UK have joined Secured by Design (SBD) with the ALUTECH W72 Double Leaf doorset and ALUTECH W72 Single Leaf doorset having achieved Police Preferred Specification for their security attributes.

ALUTECH aluminium W72 doors are designed in such a way to resist an intruders’ attack and customers can have confidence with ALUTECH high quality systems.

Secured by Design (SBD) operates an accreditation scheme on behalf of the UK Police Service for products or services that have met recognized security standards. These products or services — which must be capable of deterring or preventing crime — are known as being of a ‘Police Preferred Specification’.

SBD is the only way for companies to obtain police recognition for security-related products in the UK.

We are very delighted to have joined the Secured by Design scheme. Currently we offer W72 doors within our SBD scope, with more of our products to follow shortly.
