The task was to find a balance between the natural properties of the territory and urban planning requirements. Fortunately, everything worked out. Between the past and the future
Plotnichnyj Lane in Nizhny Novgorod has existed for more than four centuries and is one of the oldest in the city. Harmonious building interactions — yes, it’s possible to ensure. You can save a separate house, but not the appearance of the city. Changes are inevitable, and thanks God, because the city is still alive. Therefore the word «reconcile» is not good. But «harmonize», «balance» — this is more accurate. And this is our mission.
