Heat losses are under control
Over the years, the garage can shrink under the influence of temperature changes and humidity. In this case, a gap appears between the door leaf and a wall and the heat escapes through it. But due to the adjustable roller brackets, it is possible to eliminate the gap easily and quickly.
Protection against cold and draughts
For maximum thermal insulation and air tightness EPDM seals with two elastic wings are installed along the perimeter of the door. They do not absorb moisture, reshape quickly after loading and retain their original properties during the entire door lifespan.

The availability of the Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is confirmed by IFT Rosenheim Institute. Sandwich panels are totally safe for human health. To fill the space between two steel sheets of the panels we use a freon-free foamed polyurethane.

17 years of operation
The springs lifespan in Prestige doors is 25 000 open-close cycles. It corresponds to 17 years of door operation 4 times a day.
An invisible layer with polyamide particles makes the panel surface slightly rough and protects it from mechanical damage.
Three-layer coating
First layer that is applied to the steel sheets of Prestige doors sandwich panels is zink. Then goes a primer layer and finally a decorative PUR-PA coating with solid polyamide particles which protect the door like an armour. The doors are less exposed of mechanical damage, humidity, sun, household detergents and temperature fluctuations.

panels, thus protecting them from bubbling.

on the panel surface. They spoil the door look, as well as negatively affect its operation.
Tested for durability
The hinges of «bent sheet» design ensure additional rigidity of Prestige doors. The robust connection eliminates their imbalance and sagging. Tests have proved that one hinge can withstand a tension load of 715 kg.

Automated production lines reduce the human influence factor. Therefore, all manufacturing processes and the quality of products are thoroughly controlled.
Reliable fastening of accessories
Self-tapping screws provide reliable fastening of hinges fastening that connect the sandwich panels. They are located at the joints of outer and inner steel sheets and go through all four layers of metal.
Protection against delamination
Sandwich panels have a closed contour. The outer and inner steel sheets are interconnected at the top and bottom of the panel into a lock. Due to such design, the door leaf keeps its original look for many years.
