ALUTECH makes its debut at R+T Asia in Shanghai
From May 26 to 28, Shanghai hosted the international trade fair R+T Asia 2026, one of the world’s key venues for the industry of sun shading, doors and gates, and automated systems. This year, the exhibition once again demonstrated its global scale, attracting 56,000 visitors from 118 countries.
For ALUTECH, participation in R+T Asia marked a significant debut. After many years of presence at R+T in Germany, the ALUTECH group of companies presented its own exhibition stand for the first time at the trade fair in Shanghai, one of Asia’s major business hubs.
Integrated solutions
The ALUTECH booth was designed as a space where façade, opening, sun shading, roller shutter, and automation operate not as separate elements, but as a single integrated system for both residential and commercial architecture.

aluminium profile systems
Hidden façade window F60 HS, the SL130 Ultra Slim portal with a 25 mm profile, the W77 AW Slim aluminum-wood window, folding panoramic doors BF73, reinforced cold sashes VC65 for verandas, gazebos and terraces.

outdoor sun shading
A coplanar solution with the SL130 portal creates a single façade plane where the sliding portal and the sun shading system are aligned on the same level. The guide rails extend seamlessly from the portal frame.
An ultra-thin solution for openings without increased wind load requirements: a system with stainless steel cables together with the F60 façade.
A classic ZIP system with guide rails together with a VC65 sliding window. For enhanced sealing, the fabric is secured in the side guides using a zipper lock, and the end slat is fitted with a brush insert.

Solutions for comprehensive comfort, rolling grilles, as well as burglar-resistant and anti-hurricane systems.
The guests’ attention was particularly drawn to the demo models and product samples. These included a briefcase with digitally printed steel strip samples, boxes with panels for sectional doors and sliding gates, cases displaying components for industrial and garage doors, a model of the TurboFlex high-speed door, a fire-resistant door panel sample, a model of the DSF dock seal with LED strip, components for entrance gates, automation for swing and sliding gates, a Wi-Fi module, and other solutions.
A space for dialogue
During the exhibition, the ALUTECH booth welcomed around 1,000 visitors and hosted about 100 meetings with both existing partners and potential clients. The visitors represented a wide geographic range, including Australia, India, Latin America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
Guests discussed new cooperation scenarios, the demands of modern architecture, the integrated application of systems, and the prospects for developing ALUTECH solutions in the Asian market.
Participation in R+T Asia 2026 was a major milestone in strengthening ALUTECH’s position in the Asian market. The exhibition demonstrated that the brand is recognized as an established trademark with a comprehensive product portfolio and clear engineering expertise. This was further confirmed by positive feedback from visitors, partners, and clients. They highlighted the quality of the solutions, the extensive product range, and the company’s readiness to address modern architectural demands across various regions.
