Alutech Door Systems is a high-tech company which manufactures a wide range of components and panels, ready-made sectional doors of various types.
Production space is over 10,000 m2.
Production capacity is 200,000 doors per year.
The company monitors production process at all the stages of the product life cycle, starting from the design to delivery of the finished products to customers; provides quality control of raw materials and components used in the production, operational control during manufacture, quality control of finished products and its storage conditions. For production of sectional doors the company uses raw materials from the best European suppliers, the most up-to-date technologies and the latest equipment.
Alutech Door Systems has been certified in compliance with new ISO 9001: 2008 standard, as confirmed by TUV Rheinland InterCert certificate No. 75 10070322.

ALUTECH sectional doors are supplied to the markets of the Russian Federation, Belarus, CIS, Baltic countries, Eastern and Western Europe.
Production of Sandwich-Panels
The plant is equipped with a modern high- performance production line from a leading global manufacturer of equipment designed for the production of sandwich-panels with polyurethane foam filling. Only ecologically clean raw materials are used in production. All substances used for the production of polyurethane foam insulation comply with the agreements of the Montreal Protocol of 1987 on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer (as well as all subsequent amendments).
Production of Steel Profiles and Components
Application of special tooling and constant control at all stages of parts production ensures the manufacture of high-quality components. Combination of general-purpose equipment for pressure processing with application of special tooling provide high flexibility of production. High-precision NC machines are used to manufacture particularly precise components.
Currently Alutech Door Systems manufactures over a hundred items of steel profiles required for production of sectional doors. High-tech automated line which is designed for the high precision production of profiles with and without any damage to the galvanized coating. The enterprise has introduced a modern system for monitoring the geometry and quality of profiles during production.

Alutech Door Systems plant uses high-tech equipment specially designed for production of sectional doors. Doors production is integrated into a computer network that allows monitoring and control over every article and minimizes the doors production period.
Advanced technologies and qualified personnel ensure manufacture of highly competitive products.
ALUTECH sectional doors meet the requirements of EU construction engineering directives with regard to the products' safety as confirmed by test protocol issued by the European accredited laboratory. Availability of declarations of conformity justifies CE marking on the ALUTECH industrial doors.
