Control
on All Stages
In order to avoid defects, the products are tested at all production stages: from incoming quality control of raw materials at the company’s own quality control department laboratories to in-service testing of finished products at the testing sites as well as at the company’s own Engineering Centre.
Coating Durability
Product paintwork is tested for resistance to cracking and peeling. This is done by bending and clamping a panel until the sides come in full contact.
Painting Quality Control
Coating color uniformity is checked with a spectrometer — an instrument that measures color distinctiveness factor. During the test a strip sample is compared with a reference piece, which guarantees perfect color matching even if the sections were manufactured at different times.
Strength Tests
Sectional gate wire ropes and extension springs are tested for strength using special equipment. Hinged joints of gate leafs are tested for rupture.
Comprehensive Control
All ALUTECH products undergo numerous tests before being shipped to our customers. Just the roll-up systems are checked for conformity to 50 parameters using a specially developed evaluation system composed of 40 control methods.
