High-Class Equipment
All ALUTECH plants use equipment from the leading European manufacturers, allowing for maximum precision in manufacturing of gate and shutter components, and in production of aluminum shaped sections.
Due to the use of pre-anodizing technology and application of polymer coating on profiles, their service life exceeds 50 years.
Primary Aluminum Use
The company uses primary aluminum with low iron content to manufacture shaped sections. This ensures reliability and durability of the products. In addition, the metal can be recycled countless times, so the production is virtually zero waste.
Certified Quality
ALUTECH uses paints from the biggest European suppliers for shaped sections, which guarantees resistance to deteriorating environmental impacts — moisture, temperature fluctuations, UV radiation.
Powder Paints from the Leading Suppliers
For painting of shaped sections, ALUTECH uses polyester powder paints from the biggest European suppliers: AkzoNobel, PULVER, TEKNOS, IGP.
High Quality of Anodic-Coated Shaped Sections
ALUTECH cooperates with one of the leading manufacturers of surface treatment materials — Chemetall. This allows for the Holding to achieve high performance of anodized shaped sections.
Aluminum and steel strip is painted with AkzoNobel (Germany) painting materials. They are characterized by high color retention and excellent physical and mechanical properties, allowing the finished products to maintain aesthetic appearance for many years.
