Good news: ALUTECH is proud to announce the opening of its new storage in Belarus

In the village of Privolny, Minsk region, at the intersection of the largest magistral road of Belarus – the 1M Brest – Moscow and the M4 Minsk – Mogilev, a warehouse was opened with convenient access roads, parking lot and maneuvering zones.

The new stick facility corresponds to class A with a commercial height of 12 meters. It has two mezzanine floors and an office space located on the 3rd floor. Total building area is 8,6 thousand sq. m. The warehouse has a modern rack system (storage height – 11m), video monitoring, automatic fire extinguishing, alert systems and high-tech loading equipment.

Now the warehouse is fully functioning and providing our partners with the best lead time for deliveries. The products of three production facilities of Minsk area are stored here. AluminTechno JLLC (aluminium profile systems) occupies 4,9 thousand sq. m., Alutech Incorporated LLC (profiles, accessories and control systems for roller shutters) and Alutech Door Systems LLC (sectional doors, sandwich panels and accessories) – 3,7 thousand sq. m. Additionally, there is a picking area of Alutech Incorporated on one of the mezzanine floors.

The work is under way on the implementation of WMS (automated warehouse management system), which will allow the most efficient use the occupied space, as well as reduce the time for consolidation and dispatching orders.

Besides this, AluminTechno JLLC is in the process of signing of a preliminary lease agreement for the second stage of the warehouse construction. This allow to double its area by the end of the year.
