Product range
Production capacity of the factory allows to produce wide range of high quality products. Use of advanced technologies and thorough quality control at every production stage make the products of Alutech Doors Systems LLC competitive in the European market.
The factory offers the following products:
- garage doors,
- industrial doors,
- panoramic doors,
- entrance gates, fences and wickets,
- dock levellers, dock shelters, loading docks and loading platforms,
- aluminium products.
Production
There is high technology equipment designated for production of automated doors and gates as well as doors and gates with manual control.
The factory equipment is the following:
- cutting line for steel strip,
- four production lines for steel profiles,
- painting line for profile painting and a line for sandwich panel coating in non-standard colours,
- two automated lines for sandwich,
- automated line for door leaf production,
- six lines for door leaf assembly,
- automatic warehouses for storage of sandwich panels, raw materials and components,
- eight die-casting workshops for production of various accessories and sectional door components.
Production of sandwich panels
The factory is equipped with two automated lines for manufacturing sandwich panels with polyurethane foam filling. Overall production capacity of the lines is up to 5 million linear metres of panels a year.
All substances used for the production of polyurethane foam insulation comply with the agreements of the Montreal Protocol 1987 (and all its amendments) on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer.
Production of steel profiles and components
High-precision CNC machines are used to manufacture the components. An automated line produces profiles with a high precision level without any damage to the galvanized coating. The enterprise has introduced a modern system for monitoring the geometry and quality of profiles during production cycles.
Die-casting of aluminium parts
Alutech Doors Systems LLC has implemented a full cycle of manufacturing aluminum products by die casting using automated complexes of the world's best manufacturers (BUHLER, ITALPRESSE, IDRA).
This equipment ensures high efficiency of manufacturing process, precise machining of castings (including shot blasting and wet vibratory finishing operations), as well as proportional application of polymer coating.
Manufacturing capacity of the casting workshop is over 3000 ton of aluminium products in a year.
The quality control system includes modern 3D-measuments and X-ray analysis of parts.
Production of sandwich panels
The factory is equipped with two automated lines for manufacturing sandwich panels with polyurethane foam filling. Overall production capacity of the lines is up to 5 million linear metres of panels a year.

A special line for sandwich panel coating in non-standard colours has been designed by request of ALUTECH Group. Colour change can be made in 3-4 minutes, thus allowing to paint up to 150 sectional doors every day.
Quality
To assess the quality of end products, the factory has its own measuring laboratories, which provide quality monitoring: measuring steel strip and components shape, describing mechanical characteristics of aluminium alloys, plastics, elastomeric materials and metals. Own test section provide testing of finished products for correspondence to the required operation characteristics.
ALUTECH sectional doors comply with the EU safety Directives, which is confirmed with various test certificates from accredited European laboratories. Availability of Declarations of conformity allows to apply CE marking onto garage and insuatrial doors.
The quality of coating applied to ALUTECH profiles is confirmed with Swiss certificates Qualicoat/SeaSide and Qualanod.
