Design Features of Alutech Industrial Doors ProPlus Series
Maximum size: 8,000 x 6,000 mm.
The balance of door weight is achieved with torsion springs located above the door leaf.
Alutech industrial doors ProPlus series include an adjustable coupler that connects two parts of a shaft and regulates cable tension.
Torsion springs compensate door leaf weight, that’s why even heavy doors can be easily opened and closed by hand. Minimum spring endurance is 25 000 open-close cycles. To prolong the doors life it’s possible to install springs with the endurance up to 50 000, 75 000 or even100 000 open-close cycles.
A standard set of industrial doors includes a special spring break device, which stops a door leaf and prevents it from falling if a spring breaks. It is supplied at no additional surcharge.
The set also includes micro switches which are adjusted to spring break devices and switches off the power in case of spring breakage.
Intermediate hinges of special shape have high strength characteristics that allows to have door panels reliably connected. The hinges are made of stainless steel and have high anti-corrosion features.
Roller brackets enable to adjust a door leaf when fitted to a passage. This provides buildings with additional thermal insulation as well as protection against any kind of precipitation.
Special bottom brackets are applied to prevent a door leaf from closing or falling in case a cable breaks or its tension reduces. Brackets are included in the standard set of industrial doors and supplies at no additional surcharge. Each bracket has some micro sensors which switches off the power device in case of cable breakage.
A bottom seal of a special shape compensates any floor irregularity and provides reliable hermetization of passage from the very bottom. The seal has a cavity for optical sensors to secure automated doors. Sensors switch off the power device if the bottom panel touches an obstacle.
To protect the bottom seal special regulated stoppers are used at the bottom of a profile. They protect the seal against excessive deformation and prevent optical sensors from any damage. In addition stoppers provide the accuracy of panel positioning while installation and ensures safety of optical sensors.
