Production of Sandwich Panels
The plant is equipped with an automated line for manufacturing sandwich panels that produces up to 3 million linear metres of panels a year. The length of sandwich panels is up to 12.2 m.
Besides, «Alutech Doors Systems» is equipped with the plant is equipped with two modern high-performance production lines from a leading global manufacturer of equipment designed for the production of sandwich panels with polyurethane foam filling. Only ecologically clean raw materials are used in production. All substances used for the production of polyurethane foam insulation comply with the agreements of the Montreal Protocol 1987 on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer. Doors from sandwich panels ensure safety and perfect thermal insulation.
Production of Steel Profiles and Components
Application of special tooling and constant control at all manufacturing stages ensures high-quality of components for sectional doors. Combination of general-purpose equipment for processing under pressure and special tooling provides high flexibility of production. High-precision NC machines are used to manufacture particularly precise components.
Currently «Alutech Doors Systems» manufactures over a hundred items of steel profiles required for production of sectional doors. High-tech automated line is designed to produce profiles with a high precision level without any damage to the galvanized coating. The enterprise has introduced a modern system for monitoring the geometry and quality of profiles during production cycles.
Die-casting of Aluminium Parts
The plant manufactures aluminum parts using die-casting technologies which include the following stages:
Die-casting on fully-automated cells supplied by world leading manufacturers (BUHLER, ITALPRESSE, IDRA). Die-casting cells are equipped with dozing and operating robots, cooling stations and trimming presses, lubricating and thermostating equipment for the toolings;
Surface treatment includes the operations of shot blasting and tumbling (ROSLER);
High precision machining (CNC equipment, HAAS);
Powder coating of the parts is executed with an automated horizontal line NORDSON.
Production capacity of the die-casting workshop is more than 3000 tons per year.
The production meets the requirements of EU standards REACH and RoHS. Powder paints are certified in compliance with the certificates Qualicoat and Qualimarine.
Multi-stage quality control system includes spectral analysis of aluminum alloys, interoperational and technological control, 3D-measuments and X-ray analysis of parts as well as statistical control of the machine and process capability.
Application of fully-automated equipment and a system of quality control ensures consistency of manufacturing cycles and high quality of aluminium parts.
Production of Doors
«Alutech Doors Systems» is equipped with modern machines specially designed for sectional doors production. The new plant includes:
Automated line for door leaf manufacturing that produces up to 670 doors a day;
Die-casting cells for producing aluminum elements and components for sectional doors;
Cutting line for steel strip;
Three lines for sandwich panels production;
Painting line for profiles and sandwich panels (for non-standard colors);
Assembling line for door leaf;
Modern warehouses for ready products, raw materials and kitting.
The new painting line for non-standard colors allows painting 150 sectional doors every day. The line was designed especially for Group of Companies Alutech considering all finesses of sandwich panels painting process. Its adjustment (color change) takes only 3-4 minutes which considerably reduces the time required for completing individual orders.

Sectional doors ALUTECH meet the requirements of EU construction engineering directives concerning product safety which is confirmed with test protocols issued by the European accredited laboratory. Declarations of conformity justify CE marking on ALUTECH industrial and garage doors.
